Day off Banos - A change of climate or dodgy stomach?

I had cycled to Banos in Ecuador the day before, and perhaps a combination of a change of air pressure, climate, and bad food knocked me off my feet for the day.

I woke up this morning feeling like I had a hangover, which I wouldn't have minded, but I hadn't had anything to drink the previous night.

My stomach was also unsettled, and what with a bit of drizzle in the air, I took the day off. I know, I know, pretty pathetic, but what the hell.
