Santorini - Folegandros Ferry Schedule
Current departure times are in the ferry snapshot near the top of this page, updated automatically from published timetables.
Ferries Between Santorini and Folegandros
During the summer, you can expect one or two daily ferries from Santorini to arrive at Folegandros, with crossing times ranging from a fast 45 minutes up to just under three hours depending on the boat. The snapshot at the top of this page shows the current departures.

The operators running this route change from one season to the next, so rather than list a fixed set of companies here, check the snapshot at the top of this page for whoever is currently sailing. Fares tend to start from a modest price for the slower conventional ferries, rising for the faster high-speed catamarans.
Crossing frequency also shifts through the season, with more sailings on some weekdays than others and a general tail-off as autumn arrives. Rather than quote a set of numbers that will drift out of date, use the month-by-month timetables in the snapshot above to see exactly what's running on the dates you need.
If your travel dates fall on a day without a published crossing, the snapshot above will simply show no listing for that date rather than a guess, so it's worth checking your specific day before finalising plans.
I advise to book your Santorini - Folegandros ferry tickets as far in advance as possible once you have a travel itinerary planned out. This way you'll avoid disappointment if ferries sell out, particularly in the busiest month of August.

If you are collecting ferry tickets to Folegandros at the port in Santorini, make sure to do that as soon as you arrive there. The Santorini port is a small, busy and chaotic place, so you don't want to leave it until the last minute.

Hello, Myself (age 81) and my friend (age 78) are travelling by ferry from Santorini to Folegandros on Monday 12th Sept. We will be arriving by air to Santorini at 10.55 am on the same day. We have an hotel booked in Folegandros so this is the only day we can sail. The fare seems expensive for the short journey by Seajets, Are there any discounts or offers for seniors. Looking forward to your reply, kind regards, Patricia ..
Hi Patricia,
Unfortunately from what I see, SeaJets do not offer seniors (or anyone else for that matter!!) discounts. You are correct that it is an expensive journey - they are the most expensive company to take ferries with, and only operate within the tourist season for routes such as this Santorini - Folegandros trip.
There is a much cheaper ferry from Santorini to Folegandros the following day, but you'd need to alter your travel plans to make that work.
